Corporate Trainer

Qist Bazaar is seeking a dynamic Corporate Trainer to deliver soft skills and professional development training across our branches nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct training programs on soft skills, workplace professionalism, communication, customer service, and employee development.
  • Assess training needs and develop engaging learning materials.
  • Facilitate workshops and monitor training effectiveness.
  • Support employee growth through coaching and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Travel regularly to branches across Pakistan to deliver training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of corporate training or learning & development experience.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Pakistan.

Location: Karachi (with nationwide travel)
