Role Summary
As a key member of the Operations Team, the Corporate Travel Advisor is responsible for the successful delivery of comprehensive, accurate, and cost-effective travel arrangements for Solutions Travel clients. This role supports both online and offline booking environments, providing first-level customer and technical support while ensuring compliance with client travel policies and service level agreements (SLAs). The advisor operates in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple accounts and delivering exceptional service across omni-channel platforms.

Minimum 6+ years of experience providing domestic and international corporate travel arrangements

Minimum 6 years of Sabre GDS experience (essential) with strong proficiency in ticketing, exchanges, and reissues

Strong knowledge of airline fares, ticketing rules, and international travel regulations

Proven ability to produce lowest logical airfare within client policy guidelines

Strong understanding of international routing and fare construction

Experience handling seasoned travelers and high-touch service expectations

Proficient in online booking tools, NDC processes, and offline booking workflows

Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and chat platforms

Superior customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
