Corporate Travel Consultant – GetGoing and Online Fulfillment - Remote


Due to recent sales wins across the US and Europe, WTS is rapidly expanding our team that services our proprietary online booking tool, GetGoing! We are looking for an experienced travel consultant that is tech-savvy and enjoys being on the leading edge of the travel industry. The role will also include assisting our Queue Team with several online fulfillment tasks and working closely with development as we strengthen the foundation of our newest travel platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong Sabre experience booking domestic and international travel via phone calls, emails, and chat. Additionally, this candidate will possess the drive to learn and utilize our travel platform both for booking and providing navigation support to clients. A proactive work ethic, positive attitude, solid communication skills, and the ability to work with little supervision will be necessary to be successful in this role. Additional requirements include strong attention to detail and commitment to ongoing follow-up.

The shift for this position is Monday through Friday with available starting times of 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM EST. The position is 100% virtual.

Core responsibilities:
  • Assist travelers and Travel Managers with travel requests, often due to platform limitations
  • Troubleshooting and reporting platform bugs and friction points to development
  • Working platform notifications to fulfill client requests
  • Testing and communicating development fixes to clients
  • Communicating with teammates and travelers to help solve problems
  • Build relationships with coworkers and clients
  • Dig into new things, you love learning and want to know how things work
  • Work on multiple things at the same time, multi-tasking is your middle name
  • Help travelers get out of crisis
  • Assisting with a broad range of evolving projects

What tools you need in your toolbox:
  • Sabre GDS Experience is a must!
  • Knowledge of MS Office 365 applications
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Problem solving in real time with minimal input
  • Ability to review reported issues and apply resolutions and workarounds
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude during challenging times
  • Detailed organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic

At WTS we value you, our culture and success are defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The hourly pay range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position is between $20.00 and $28.00 per hour. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
