Under this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling corporate travel services to businesses and organizations, including MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events).
Your primary objective is to acquire new corporate clients, manage existing accounts, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets through long-term partnerships.
This role combines business development, account management, and customer relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Identify and pursue new corporate clients through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into active corporate accounts
- Expand MICE and corporate travel portfolios
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients
- Understand client travel needs, budgets, and preferences
- Provide tailored travel solutions with high service standards
3. Sales Presentations
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
- Clearly communicate the value of corporate travel and MICE services
- Customize pitches based on client requirements
4. Proposal & Pricing Coordination
- Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to create customized proposals
- Ensure competitive pricing and commercially viable solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
5. Market Research & Strategy
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
- Use insights to refine sales strategies and improve market positioning
- Identify new opportunities within corporate and MICE travel segments
6. Travel Policy Consultation
- Advise corporate clients on travel policy best practices
- Recommend cost-saving measures and travel risk management solutions
- Support clients in optimizing their corporate travel programs
