American Resort Management seeks an experienced and strategic Corporate Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth across multiple channels. This executive role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and market analytics. The ideal candidate will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. A strong background in SEO, social media marketing, multichannel campaigns, and marketing automation is essential to succeed in this role.

JOB SUMMARY: The Vice President, Corporate Marketing will be charged with driving awareness, demand, and loyalty across all channels while building a world-class marketing organization. This position will own and evolve the company’s overall marketing vision and strategy while partnering with executive leadership to drive growth initiatives, product/experience launches, expansion, and brand positioning regularly. This position will be a visionary leader who is not only data-driven, but brand-obsessed while having strong communication and storytelling skills. This position requires self-actualized leadership and demonstrated collaboration, quality, and integrity.
This position requires oversight of multiple projects and/or properties throughout the United States held in multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
· Leads and develops properties and corporate marketing leaders to drive measurable growth across guest acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
· Sets the direction and vision for building integrated campaigns across digital, social, paid media, experiential, content, and partnerships.
· Sets strategies to elevate brand identity and voice for both corporate and assigned properties. Develops narratives that emotionally connect with guests/customers.
· Oversee creative direction, consistency, and content strategy while protecting & scaling the brands across all touchpoints.
· Primary representative between all intellectual property (IP) partnerships related to the delivery of and ongoing relationship of all marketing efforts for all IP-properties/locations.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience: 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, with at least 4-5 years as an Assistant Director or Director level. Theme Park, Water park, or Hotel experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pay: From $125,000.00 per year
