The roles span multinational conglomerates, sovereign wealth funds, leading financial services groups, and various other types of leading organisations. Lawyers with strong transactional and commercial contracts experience, ideally with prior exposure to the region with 5 years+ PQE, are sought.

A prominent multinational conglomerate headquartered in the UAE is seeking a qualified lawyer with broad corporate commercial experience to support its in house legal team across a diverse portfolio of business lines, including real estate, logistics, retail, and hospitality. The successful candidate will advise on a wide range of commercial contracts, including supply and distribution agreements, joint venture arrangements, franchise and licensing agreements, and corporate governance matters. The role requires close collaboration with business units across the group and will involve supporting strategic transactions and day to day commercial operations throughout the region. Candidates should have a minimum of 5-10 years' post qualification experience and a strong track record of advising on complex commercial agreements in a multi jurisdictional environment, ideally with prior exposure to the UAE or wider Middle East market.

A leading banking and financial services group with its regional headquarters in the UAE is seeking a corporate commercial lawyer to sit within its in house legal and compliance function and advise on a high volume of commercial contracts and procurement matters. The role will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology and outsourcing agreements, professional services contracts, data processing arrangements, and strategic vendor partnerships, as well as advising on regulatory and operational risk issues arising from third party engagements. The successful candidate will work closely with procurement, IT, and business transformation teams across the group. Candidates should have a minimum of 4-8 years' post qualification experience, with demonstrable expertise in commercial contracts work, ideally gained within or advising the banking, insurance, or broader financial services sector. Familiarity with DIFC or ADGM regulatory frameworks would be advantageous.
