We’re working with a leading international corporate practice in the Middle East that is looking to add a senior M&A / Private Equity lawyer to its growing team in the UAE. The group advises on some of the region’s most high-profile corporate transactions, acting for global corporates, financial sponsors, sovereign entities and major banks.

The role offers early responsibility, international exposure, and a direct path to further career progression within a high-performing team known for its work on landmark deals.

What you’ll be involved in

• Large-scale M&A and private equity transactions across the Middle East and beyond

• Cross-border matters with collaboration across a global network

• Strategic corporate advisory for major institutional clients

• High-impact mandates spanning multiple sectors

Requirements

• 5–7 years’ PQE in Corporate / M&A / Private Equity

• Experience in a top-tier international or leading regional practice

• Strong deal execution skills and commercial judgment

• Interest in building a long-term career in the Middle East
