We're working with a leading international corporate practice in the Middle East that is looking to add a senior M&A / Private Equity lawyer to its growing team in the UAE. The group advises on some of the region's most high profile corporate transactions, acting for global corporates, financial sponsors, sovereign entities and major banks.

The role offers early responsibility, international exposure, and a direct path to further career progression within a high performing team known for its work on landmark deals.

What you'll be involved in

• Large scale M&A and private equity transactions across the Middle East and beyond
• Cross border matters with collaboration across a global network
• Strategic corporate advisory for major institutional clients

Requirements

• 5-7 years' PQE in Corporate / M&A / Private Equity
• Experience in a top tier international or leading regional practiceStrong deal execution skills and commercial judgment
• Interest in building a long term career in the Middle East
