Responsibilities

• Monitor inmate behavior to prevent disturbances and maintain order.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility to ensure safety, security, and compliance with protocols.
• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies using first aid and CPR techniques when necessary.
• Enforce rules and regulations by managing conflicts with effective conflict management strategies.
• Write detailed reports documenting incidents, disciplinary actions, and daily activities to ensure accurate record keeping.
• Assist in conducting searches for contraband or unauthorized items using security procedures.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or external inquiries to uphold legal standards.

Experience

• Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, security, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, report writing, conflict management, and emergency response procedures.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred to handle medical emergencies confidently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise reports and maintain professional interactions.
