Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily clinic operations and staff performance
- Manage reception, nurses, therapists, and support staff schedules
- Ensure high standards of patient care and customer service
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
- Monitor clinic cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with DHA/health regulations
- Coordinate with doctors and management to improve clinic performance
- Manage inventory, supplies, and basic reporting
- Support sales targets, promotions, and treatment packages
Requirements
- Arabic language is mandatory (spoken and written)
- Good command of English
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a cosmetic, aesthetic, or medical clinic
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of cosmetic treatments and clinic operations
- Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
