Cosmetic Clinic Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily clinic operations and staff performance
• Manage reception, nurses, therapists, and support staff schedules
• Ensure high standards of patient care and customer service
• Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
• Monitor clinic cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with DHA/health regulations
• Coordinate with doctors and management to improve clinic performance
• Manage inventory, supplies, and basic reporting
• Support sales targets, promotions, and treatment packages

Requirements

• Arabic language is mandatory (spoken and written)
• Good command of English
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a cosmetic, aesthetic, or medical clinic
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of cosmetic treatments and clinic operations
• Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented attitude

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
