Cosmetic Dental Practice Seeking Sales Concierge / Treatment Coordinator

Orange and Magnolia Dental Studio, led by Dr. Joyce Kahng, is a boutique cosmetic dental studio focused on high-touch patient care, modern aesthetics, and elevated smile transformations. We specialize in minimally invasive cosmetic and restorative dentistry and pride ourselves on delivering a concierge-level experience in a calm, supportive, and design-forward environment.

As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a warm, polished, and proactive Dental Sales Concierge / Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team.

This is a newly created, additive role designed to support growth and elevate the patient experience. Our practice already has a dedicated team member who oversees insurance and back-end financial systems, as well as a dedicated dental assistant for clinical support, allowing this position to focus primarily on patient communication, relationship-building, and treatment coordination.

This role is ideal for a former dental assistant or someone from the aesthetics / cosmetic industry who enjoys patient interaction, understands clinical services, and feels confident guiding patients through treatment options, next steps, and general financial expectations.

You will serve as a key bridge between our clinical team and patients—helping convert inquiries into scheduled consultations, guiding patients through their treatment plans, and delivering a concierge-level experience.

  • Answer and route lead-related phone calls and messages in a professional, timely manner
  • Follow up with potential leads to schedule consultations
  • Present and explain treatment plans clearly, confidently, and compassionately
  • Answer patient questions regarding procedures, timelines, and general financial expectations
  • Support cosmetic and restorative case acceptance through relationship-based conversations
  • Provide a high-touch, elevated patient experience from first contact through treatment coordination
  • Encourage and support positive patient reviews through exceptional service
  • Coordinate scheduling for consultations and treatment appointments
  • Communicate closely with the doctor and clinical team regarding patient needs and next steps
  • Maintain accurate notes and documentation in Open Dental
  • Willingness to assist clinically as needed (floater support), while working alongside a dedicated dental assistant
  • Insurance verification, claims, and back-end financial workflows are handled by a longstanding team member

Qualifications

  • Previous dental assistant experience strongly preferred

OR experience in the aesthetics / cosmetic industry (med spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, cosmetic coordinator, etc.)

  • Strong interest in cosmetic dentistry and smile design
  • Solid understanding of clinical procedures and terminology (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Comfortable speaking with patients about treatment options, fees, payment options, and next steps
  • Warm, professional communication style with strong emotional intelligence
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with Open Dental or similar dental software preferred
  • Interest in helping a modern, quality-focused practice continue to grow
