Cosmetic Doctor / Aesthetic Injector (NP, FNP, PA) / Wellness Practitioner (Sublet in Salon Spa)

Seeking a cosmetic doctor, aesthetic injector, or other types of independent practitioners to sublet medical office space in our full service “one-stop-shop” salon & spa.

*Must have applicable crendentials & proven track record of success in your field.

What we offer: We have a full-time receptionist to assist with greeting, scheduling, and cross-promoting your practice to our clients. All utilities included. Ample parking inside the shopping center & located in the heart of downtown City of Fairfax.

• 14 x 14 treatment room (with a sink & cabinet space) available for sublet located in full service salon & day spa
• Access to our front desk support including- client reception, answering of/placing phone calls, and scheduling services from our full-time front desk receptionists through our booking system (or your own) during operating hours is included in the monthly rent
• Access to the facility anytime, a key to the treatment room & the location will be provided
• Access to the existing Wi-Fi network used at our location
• Access to restrooms (2); and all existing utilities used in the rental space. Any additional utilities required by the tenant shall be the responsibility of the tenant
• Handicap accessible location with 2 entrances & elevator near main entrance
• Access to on-site laundry, shower room (if needed), and break room with kitchen
• Ability to promote services to our customer database for non-competing services, and use of our mass mailing lists while subletting at our location
