Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Facial Cosmetic Surgeon to join our expanding aesthetic team. This role is ideal for a surgeon who specializes in advanced facial cosmetic procedures and brings a strong sense of artistry, technical excellence, and patient-focused care.

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead or further develop a facial aesthetics program within a high-demand, high-end cosmetic practice. The incoming surgeon will enjoy strong institutional support, robust patient volume, and the ability to grow both clinically and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a full spectrum of facial aesthetic surgical procedures, including:
• Facelift and Mini Facelift
• Rhinoplasty
• Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty
• Neck Lift
• Brow Lift
• Facial Fat Grafting and Lip Augmentation
• Chin and Cheek Implants
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop customized surgical treatment plans
• Oversee all aspects of pre-operative evaluation and post-operative care
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and uphold the highest safety and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including aesthetic injectors, aestheticians, and patient coordinators
• Stay current with emerging techniques, technologies, and industry advancements
• Contribute to practice growth, innovation, and brand excellence

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or DDS with board certification or board eligibility in:
• Facial Plastic Surgery
• Plastic Surgery
• Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
• Otolaryngology (ENT) with a strong facial aesthetics focus
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice medicine/surgery in the state of Florida
• Advanced training in facial cosmetic surgery through residency, fellowship, or significant surgical experience
• Demonstrated aesthetic judgment with a portfolio of natural, high-quality outcomes
• Excellent bedside manner, communication skills, and ethical standards
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth

Preferred (Not Required)

• Fellowship training in facial plastic surgery or cosmetic surgery
• Experience with non-surgical facial rejuvenation (injectables, lasers, RF, etc.)
• Comfort with media appearances, branding, or social media content creation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
