Job Summary

The RN/APRN Cosmetic Injector is responsible for providing safe, professional, and effective cosmetic aesthetic treatments including neurotoxin an dermal filler injections, within a clinic, spa, or healthcare facility in accordance with Florida Board of Nursing and Board of Medicine regulations. This role ensures the highest standards of client care, product offerings, and treatments, fostering a luxurious and results-driven experience. The RN/APRN Cosmetic Injector will collaborate with the Aesthetics Manager and Aesthetician to ensure regulatory compliance, optimize service delivery, and focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction


Classification:
This position may be structured as either a 1099 Independent Contractor (with LLC) or a W-2 Employee role, depending on the injector’s business status.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage personal schedule to maximize efficiency and meet client demand, including one weekend day per week.
  • Perform comprehensive consultations including reviews of medical history, aesthetic goals, contraindications, and informed consent.
  • Administer neurotoxins (i.e. Xeomin, Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers (i.e. Versa, Juvederm, Restylane) in compliance with Florida law and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
  • Provide appropriate pre- and post-treatment instructions, document care accurately, and maintain compliance with HIPAA.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emergency protocols, including recognition and management of adverse events (i.e. vascular occlusion, anaphylaxis).
  • Develop and maintain a premium client experience, ensuring personalized service and satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Address client feedback, inquiries, or complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on current aesthetic trends to continuously enhance service offerings and client engagement.
  • Meet monthly sales goals for products and services.
  • Collaborate with Aesthetics team on social media campaigns, educational content, and client engagement.
  • Proactively build client base while supporting practice-wide growth initiatives
  • Accurately document all patient interactions, assessments, and treatments in accordance with Florida Board of Medicine and Board of Nursing regulations as well as federal HIPAA and OSHA standards
