Cosmetic Surgeon

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cosmetic/Plastic Surgeon to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in various surgical procedures, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. The Surgeon will be responsible for performing surgeries, managing preoperative and postoperative care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The position is primarily based in Morgantown, West Virginia, with a potential secondary location in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

We are a fully self-pay, fully accredited office-based surgery center specializing in cosmetic surgery and aesthetics. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a supportive, established setting with an existing patient base and strong positive reputation and solid word-of-mouth referrals. The practice draws patients from multiple States.

Compensation:

• Competitive Compensation: $250,000 base salary plus a tiered bonus structure (path to $500K–$600Kplus annually).
• Self-pay practice (no insurance hassles).
• Accredited, fully staffed surgical facility with experienced OR and clinical teams.
• Collaborative, patient-focused environment emphasizing safety, outcomes, and patient satisfaction.
• Opportunity to practice in both Morgantown, WV and Pittsburgh, PA, with Morgantown as the main hub.

Candidate Qualifications & Duties:

• A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Completion of an AACS (American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons) accredited Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship program
• Or completion of an accredited Plastic Surgery residency; Cosmetic Surgery fellowship after residency is preferred.
• Board-certified (or board-eligible) by one of the following:
• The American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (ABCS)
• Or The American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery (ABFCS)
• Or The American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS)
• Strong surgical skill set with a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Manage pre, intra and postoperative care.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure the confidentiality of patient information.
