Cosmetics Sales Associate

Cosmetic Sales Associate needed for a busy, well-established cosmetics/skincare retail store.

Makeup application experience and Retail Sales experience required!

This is a SALES job - you are required to perform professional consultations with customers - this includes recommending, demonstrating, applying, and SELLING items. Also required is constant studying of products - to learn all ingredients and benefits of existing and new products as they are introduced.

Social media marketing - videos, stories, pictures, etc. are also required regularly.

Duties also include performing foundation matching, makeovers, express facials, as well as daily light cleaning, stocking, writing thank you notes, etc.

You must be available to work Saturdays between 9:30 and 4:30 pm, afternoon hours Monday thru Friday 12-630 pm. Closed on Sundays.

Salary / commission pay structure is negotiable.

Base Salary: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Commission: 3 - 10% (usually amounts to additional $3 dollars per hour)

Earn additional pay on services (for example: special occasion makeovers)
