Yen & Irie is a boutique head spa and wellness concept located inside a luxury downtown Baltimore hotel. We specialize in holistic scalp care, sensory relaxation, and high-end treatments using our in-house Synsori product line.

We’re seeking passionate and detail-oriented professionals who love creating calm, restorative experiences. Ideal candidates are licensed cosmetologists, cosmetologist student, estheticians, or scalp therapists who are excited to learn Japanese head spa techniques and deliver five-star service in a peaceful, elevated setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform customized scalp analysis and head spa rituals

• Educate guests on scalp health and home care products

• Maintain a serene, organized workspace

• Contribute to team energy and uphold brand standards

Compensation: Hourly Commission Tips Product Bonuses

Schedule: Full-time and part-time options available
