Cosmetologist/Esthetician Lash Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Extension Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eyelash extensions and guest services, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the beauty of our clients through various eyelash services while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Provide additional services such as Lash Lift and Brow Threading as needed.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on aftercare and maintenance of eyelash extensions.
• Manage guest service effectively, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
• Utilize MINDBODY software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and tools, adhering to safety protocols.
• Engage in social media management to promote services and showcase client transformations.

Experience

• Proven experience in eyelash extensions is required;
• Esthetician or Cosmetology license is required;
• Experience with product demos and guest service excellence is essential.
• Proficiency in MINDBODY or similar scheduling software is desirable.
