Cosmetologist/Nail Technician/Esthetician

Commission pay:

I am looking for a nail tech that has experience with basic manicures as well as all gel products including extensions (soft gel, hard gel, gelx as we do not use acrylic). Must have experience with pedicures as It is a common service. We are a few streets away from Midtown so it is a great location. Our clients appreciate that we take our time and are tedious so this is a must! Evenings are always busy so someone that can work past 6 is preferred. You are not required to work Long hours we can discuss the needs with your schedule. I’m very laid back and my clients are super chill and enjoy talking and laughing during their appointment so if you are upbeat and easy going you will fit right in. Clients like fun designs so if keep up with trends they will absolutely love you! You do not need to be an extreme artist but basic designs and French is a must. I need someone that is trainable so clients Get the same consistent service each time Regardless of what tech they see. You need to be extremely responsible and able to work alone.

I also have a Esthetician room I am open to renting that out or providing the services within the company. I did not offer these services at my last location so I would need to create it and add to the menu but it is a great opportunity for an Independent Esthetician to work along side with me and if you are motivated to really make it your own. If you would like to be paid commission instead of renting. I’m open to expanding that and helping every way I can.

Commission: pay is 60% and you will need to provide your own e-file, light, tools and gloves, mask just the basics.

Booth rental: If you have your own clients and prefer to do daily/weekly/monthly chair rentals I’m open to that too. I do have pedicure chairs that can be used as well. You would provide everything for yourself if this is something you’d be interested in contact me and we can discuss the rates.

There is a waiting area, break room. I like to have a phone call so we can ask each other questions and get to know each other a bit and see if we think you would be a good fit and go from there.

Duties

• Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision and creativity.
• Perform Esthetician services
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the workspace and tools.
• Educate clients on proper nail care and recommend products for home maintenance.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology/nail technician/Esthetician license is required
