Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Cost Accountant to join our team and support accurate cost analysis, budgeting, and financial decision-making within our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in cost management within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Maintain and analyze cost records for materials, labor, and overhead.

● Prepare cost estimates, standard costing, and variance analysis.

● Monitor production costs and identify areas for cost optimization.

● Coordinate with production, procurement, and finance teams for accurate costing.

● Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and inventory valuation.

● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports.

● Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

● Support internal and external audits related to cost accounting.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CA/ICWA preferred.

● 5–7 years of experience in cost accounting within the manufacturing industry.

● Strong understanding of standard costing, BOMs, and inventory management.

● Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Tally or similar).

● Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

• Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
