ERP Knowledge: SAP – Mandatory

Skills & Requirements

10+ years of experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.

Strong working knowledge of SAP (CO module).

Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.

Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Perform costing, variance analysis, and cost control for manufacturing operations.

Prepare and analyze monthly cost reports, budgets, and forecasts.Monitor material costs, labor costs, overhead allocation, and ensure accuracy in costing.

Coordinate with production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure correct cost data.

Conduct inventory valuation, stock audits, and BOM verification.

Ensure compliance with cost accounting standards (CAS) and internal controls.

Provide insights to management for cost optimization and profitability improvement.

Handle SAP cost module for daily costing activities and reporting.
