نبحث عن محاسب تكاليف دقيق وذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات. سيكون دورك أساسيًا في متابعة وتحليل وتحسين جميع التكاليف التشغيلية، بدءًا من المواد الخام والمخزون وصولًا إلى الإنتاج وتسعير قائمة الطعام.

المهام والمسؤوليات

تحليل تكاليف الأغذية والمشروبات بما في ذلك المواد الخام والعمالة والتكاليف التشغيلية

إعداد تقارير التكاليف اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية

متابعة المخزون وتقليل الهدر

المساعدة في تسعير وتكلفة قائمة الطعام (المنيو)

التعاون مع فريق المطبخ والمشتريات والمالية

تحديد فرص خفض التكاليف دون التأثير على الجودة

الحفاظ على سجلات مالية وتشغيلية دقيقة

المتطلبات

درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو تخصص ذو صلة

خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في محاسبة التكاليف (ويُفضل في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات)

معرفة قوية بأنظمة إدارة المخزون

مهارات عالية في التحليل واستخدام برنامج Excel

دقة عالية في العمل ومهارات تنظيم قوية

القدرة على العمل في بيئة ضيافة سريعة الوتيرة

We’re Hiring: Cost Accountant (Food & Beverage Industry)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Cost Accountant to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will play a key part in monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing all cost-related activities across our operations—from ingredients and inventory to production and menu pricing.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze food and beverage costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports

Monitor inventory levels and reduce wastage

Assist in menu costing and pricing strategies

Work closely with kitchen, procurement, and finance teams

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

Maintain accurate financial and operational records

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2–4 years of experience in cost accounting (F&B industry preferred)

Strong knowledge of inventory management systems

Excellent analytical and Excel skills

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
