Position: Cost Accountant & Inventory Analyst

Salary Range: 40k-60k

Location: Lahore: Alizay Saad Studio

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Costing & Inventory Control Officer for our luxury fashion brand.

The ideal candidate must have experience in the garment, textile, or fashion industry and be capable of creating systems that accurately track inventory, production costs, and business profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain records of all fabric, embellishment, packing, and other material purchases.
• Track fabric and material consumption against customer orders.
• Calculate the exact cost of each article, including fabric, stitching, embellishments, packaging, and shipping.
• Monitor inventory and maintain records of purchased, consumed, and available stock.
• Prepare monthly reports showing sales, expenses, inventory usage, and profitability.
• Identify wastage, stock discrepancies, and cost leakages.
• Develop and maintain accurate costing and inventory management systems.
• Work closely with management and production teams to ensure accurate reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a garment factory, textile unit, fashion brand, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Ability to independently manage costing, inventory control, and profitability reporting.
• Honest, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of implementing proper systems.

Important:

This is not a routine bookkeeping position. We are specifically looking for someone who can accurately track inventory consumption, determine the true cost of each order, and provide clear monthly profitability reports to management.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
