Cost Accounting Section Head

Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the Costing section activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy
Contribute to the preparation of the Costing section budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified
Recommend improvements to policy and direct the implementation of instructions covering all areas of Costing activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service
Supervises the day-to-day operations of Costing to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
Analyze manufacturing cost including cost of goods sold, manufacturing variances and inventory adjustments by using the Oracle and monthly stocktaking in order to save guard of the company current assets and usage control.
Project the impact of changes to product cost resulting from possible changes in manufacturing process, scale and capacities by assessing the current situation vs. the other opportunities in order to achieve maximum benefits to the shareholders.
Support development of site annual expense budget by issuing a monthly report along with the monthly meeting with the Supply Chain Director in order to highlight the key issue and corrective actions
