Cost Analyst - Contract

Overview:

The Contract Cost Analyst position will prepare the plant daily production report, provide support for receiving lead shipments during the month, and perform several other functions and analyses involving inventory accounting.

This is a contract position working 20 hours a week. This position may work remotely after on-site training.

Responsibilities:

Provide support for Bill of Materials set-up and changes
Prepare Contribution margin report at month end and post related journal entries.
Prepare daily production report for plants and other stakeholders.
Receive daily Lead shipments and submit a report to Customer Service for invoicing

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Strong organization, time-management and communication skills.
Strong PC and analytical skills. (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP in Excel.)
Detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently
