Cost and Estimation Engineer

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost and Estimation Engineer to support accurate BOQ preparation and material assessment for Signage projects. Success in this role means delivering precise estimates, demonstrating strong signage related material knowledge, and collaborating across teams to ensure projects are cost-effective and on schedule.

This role suits professionals with experience in civil, mechanical, or structural engineering and a solid understanding of construction and signage materials.

Responsibilities

• Analyze architectural and engineering drawings to prepare accurate BOQs.
• Estimate project costs, resources, and timelines for construction and interior works.
• Maintain strong knowledge of materials, especially for MS structures, civil works, and signage (ACP, acrylic, etc.).
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and execution teams to align on cost and material specifications.
• Liaise with vendors for pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, or Architecture (B.Arch).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, signage or mechanical projects.
• Strong skills in interpreting technical drawings and preparing estimations.
• In-depth knowledge of construction, interior, and signage materials.
• Excellent communication, and analytical abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
