Neyum Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost & Management Accountant to join our growing team. This role requires a professional with a strong background in cost control, budgeting, and management accounting, with the ability to work in collaboration with a UK-based company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, documents, and records.
- Prepare, analyze, and present management accounts and financial reports.
- Monitor and control budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Provide detailed financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Oversee general ledger and nominal accounts.
- Implement effective cost reduction strategies without compromising quality.
- Liaise with external auditors, management, and UK-based finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
Requirements:
- Qualified Cost & Management Accountant (ACMA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in cost and management accounting.
- Prior experience working with small to medium-sized companies.
- Hands-on expertise in preparing management accounts and handling nominal/general ledgers.
- Strong proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks knowledge is a must).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with international teams, particularly UK-based operations.
