Neyum Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost & Management Accountant to join our growing team. This role requires a professional with a strong background in cost control, budgeting, and management accounting, with the ability to work in collaboration with a UK-based company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, documents, and records.
• Prepare, analyze, and present management accounts and financial reports.
• Monitor and control budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Provide detailed financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Oversee general ledger and nominal accounts.
• Implement effective cost reduction strategies without compromising quality.
• Liaise with external auditors, management, and UK-based finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.

Requirements:

• Qualified Cost & Management Accountant (ACMA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in cost and management accounting.
• Prior experience working with small to medium-sized companies.
• Hands-on expertise in preparing management accounts and handling nominal/general ledgers.
• Strong proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks knowledge is a must).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with international teams, particularly UK-based operations.
