Cost Control Engineer – Aluminium & Façade Projects

Job Summary:

AL QASSIM ALUMINIUM AND GLASS is seeking an experienced Cost Control Engineer with background in aluminium, glass, façade, or construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring project budgets, tracking material and labour costs, and ensuring projects are completed within approved cost targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control project costs against budgets
• Track material, labour, fabrication, installation, and subcontractor costs
• Prepare weekly/monthly cost reports
• Compare budget vs actual expenses and identify variances
• Coordinate with Project Manager, QS, Procurement, Store, and Accounts
• Review invoices, LPOs, and site expenses
• Support project cash flow and profitability analysis
• Recommend cost-saving improvements
• Maintain project cost records and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in façade / aluminium / glass / construction projects
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, project costing, material control, labour cost, subcontractor billing
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Good analytical and reporting skills

Preferred:

• QS / Estimator background is an advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
