Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or other quantitative disciplines),
• Experience as a Cost Controller is preferred; experience in the Airline Industry will be considered a significant advantage,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office,
• Good command of written and spoken English is a must; additional foreign languages are a plus,
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities,
• Knowledge in data, data analysis, and data visualization,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong follow-up skills,
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information,
• Results-driven, a good team player, well-organized, and disciplined,
• Preferably located on the European side of Istanbul.

Tasks

• Review and validate DOC (Direct Operating Cost) invoices, ensuring proper recording and control in the ERP system,
• Ensure timely validation and approval of all DOC invoices, and coordinate with relevant departments prior to payment deadlines,
• Communicate with invoicing entities to correct discrepancies in invoices that do not align with issued tariffs or agreed-upon prices, following up to resolve the issues,
• Monitor and validate invoices that are available only online, ensuring they meet necessary standards before processing,
• Prepare periodic reports on recorded data, perform validations, and submit notifications to relevant official authorities on behalf of the company,
• Participate in Route Cost studies.
