  • Monitor and analyze costs related to projects, operations, and departments to ensure adherence to budgets.
  • Develop and maintain cost control systems and procedures.
  • Prepare and review cost reports, variance analyses, and financial forecasts.
  • Collaborate with project managers and department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control measures.
  • Conduct regular audits of cost-related activities and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide detailed cost analyses and reports to support financial planning and decision-making.
  • Review and validate invoices and expenditures to ensure proper cost allocation.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing cost data and insights.
  • Address and resolve cost-related issues and discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Technical Diploma in Cost Control, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of overall experience.
  • At least 5 years in a similar cost control or cost management role.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent attention to detail; proficiency in cost control software and MS Office Suite
