What You’ll Do:
· Monitor project costs and budgets
· Track material, labor, and subcontractor expenses
· Prepare cost reports and variance analysis
· Verify invoices and purchase-related documents
· Coordinate with Projects, Procurement, and Accounts teams
· Support budgeting and forecasting activities
· Help ensure projects are delivered within budget
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience in construction or contracting companies
· Good understanding of project costing and BOQ
· Strong Excel and reporting skills
· Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented personality
· Ability to manage deadlines and work professionally within a team
