We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Controller to join our growing Arabic sweets brand and help drive profitability through effective cost management and financial control.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Monitor food cost, production cost, and inventory levels
✔ Analyze variances and identify cost-saving opportunities
✔ Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliations
✔ Review recipes, yields, and product costing
✔ Prepare cost reports and management dashboards
✔ Support budgeting and forecasting activities
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Control, preferably in F&B, bakery, or sweets manufacturing
✔ Strong Excel and analytical skills
✔ Knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software
✔ Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
