Park Regis Business Bay Hotel is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cost Controller with a strong hospitality background to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring food, beverage, and operating costs, conducting inventory controls, and ensuring accurate cost reporting to support hotel profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and General Store costs.
- Conduct daily spot checks and monthly inventory counts.
- Verify purchase orders, invoices, and receiving reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports.
- Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure proper stock control procedures are followed.
- Reconcile inventory records with physical stock counts.
- Monitor wastage, spoilage, and pilferage.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Receiving, Kitchen, and Finance departments.
- Assist in menu costing and recipe costing.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and internal controls.
- Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Cost Controller in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage cost control procedures.
- Experience with inventory management and stock control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hotel inventory systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Knowledge of inventory and ERP systems.
- Understanding of hotel operations and departmental costing.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,250.00 per month
