Cost Controller (F&B Experience)

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Cost Controller with strong Food & Beverage experience to oversee cost management across multiple outlets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in monitoring operational costs, improving efficiency, and supporting profitability within a fast-paced F&B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, analyze, and control food & beverage costs across all branches
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, stock audits, and variance analysis
  • Ensure accurate recipe costing, portion control, and wastage management
  • Work closely with kitchen, barista, and procurement teams
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency
  • Support menu pricing and budgeting processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and cost control procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Cost Controller in the F&B industry (restaurants, cafés, or hospitality)
  • Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory control, and stock management
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with POS/inventory systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple outlets and work under pressure
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in multi-branch café or restaurant operations
  • Background in specialty coffee or premium dining is an advantage
