We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Cost Controller with strong Food & Beverage experience to oversee cost management across multiple outlets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in monitoring operational costs, improving efficiency, and supporting profitability within a fast-paced F&B environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyze, and control food & beverage costs across all branches
- Conduct regular inventory checks, stock audits, and variance analysis
- Ensure accurate recipe costing, portion control, and wastage management
- Work closely with kitchen, barista, and procurement teams
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency
- Support menu pricing and budgeting processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and cost control procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cost Controller in the F&B industry (restaurants, cafés, or hospitality)
- Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory control, and stock management
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with POS/inventory systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple outlets and work under pressure
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in multi-branch café or restaurant operations
- Background in specialty coffee or premium dining is an advantage
