COST CONTROLLER / QUANTITY SURVEYOR – ALUMINIUM & FAÇADE

AL QASSIM ALUMINIUM AND GLASS is urgently hiring an experienced Cost Controller / Quantity Surveyor with strong UAE experience in aluminium, glass, façade, or construction projects.

We are looking for a professional who can manage project costing, control budgets, and ensure maximum cost efficiency and profitability across ongoing projects.

Role Overview:
The candidate will handle full project cost control and quantity surveying activities from budgeting to project completion, ensuring accurate cost tracking and financial control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control and monitor project budgets and cost performance
• Track material, labour, fabrication, installation, and subcontractor costs
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly cost reports
• Conduct budget vs actual cost analysis and report variances
• Support BOQ review, quantity take-off, and project estimation
• Verify invoices, LPOs, subcontractor payments, and site expenses
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, QS, Procurement, Store, and Accounts teams
• Support cash flow planning and project profitability analysis
• Identify cost risks and recommend cost-saving solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in aluminium / façade / glass / construction projects
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, costing, procurement, and site cost control
• Experience in curtain wall, glazing, cladding, doors & windows preferred
• Strong Excel skills and ERP system knowledge
• QS or estimation background is a strong advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred
