Cost Estimation Specialist (Construction Projects)

We are looking for an experienced Cost Estimation Specialist with a strong background in pricing and estimating construction projects, including both consultancy and contracting works.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Dubai and the UAE.

• Proven experience in preparing accurate project cost estimates for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of market prices for materials, labor, and subcontractor works in the UAE.

• Proficiency in quantity surveying and project pricing tools/software.

• Ability to analyze project risks and suggest cost-effective solutions.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.

Job Role:

• Prepare and review project cost estimates and BOQ.

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to get accurate quotes.

• Provide value engineering and cost-saving recommendations.

• Prepare tender documents and participate in pricing tenders
