Cost Estimator

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our growing fit-out team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant experience in the UAE, with a strong understanding of interior fit-out estimation, pricing, and tender processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects (residential, commercial, retail, etc.)
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare material take-offs and BOQs
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
• Support the tendering process and prepare commercial bids
• Ensure estimates are aligned with market rates and project requirements
• Participate in site visits and pre-tender meetings when required
• Work closely with the project and design team for value engineering and budget control
• Update and maintain a database of rates, materials, and suppliers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in a similar role within a fit-out or interior contracting company
• Strong knowledge of UAE market rates, materials, and suppliers
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift, Candy, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
