Job description:

Job Title: Cost Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager to oversee BOQ, budgeting for projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare BOQ and manage project budgets, cost plans and forecasts

Monitor project costs

Track actual costs vs budget and report variances

Prepare cost reports

Evaluate contractor bids, tenders, and vendor quotations

Manage change orders, claims, and variations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in MS Excel and BOQ

Experience / knowledge of Interior work

Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management or Equivalent

Proven experience as a Cost Manager

Strong knowledge of budgeting and cost techniques

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and reporting abilities

Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of contracts, BOQs, and procurement processes

8 to 10 years Experience in construction or Interior or project-based industries

Professional certifications (optional but preferred)
