Role Summary
The Cost Manager ensures financial control of projects by managing cost planning, procurement, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost plans and project budgets.
- Review and analyze BOQs and contractor proposals.
- Conduct value engineering and cost optimization studies.
- Monitor project expenditures and forecast cost variations.
- Support procurement strategies and contract negotiations.
- Prepare financial reports and cost tracking dashboards.
Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering.
Experience
- 10-15 years in cost management or quantity surveying.
- Experience with large-scale developments.
