Seeking a seasoned Costing and Estimation Engineer with 10-15 years of experience in the Roads and Highways sector to handle the financial assessment and cost analysis of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation: Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for road and highway construction projects, including material, labor, and equipment costs, ensuring alignment with project budgets and timelines.
• Budget Management: Develop and monitor project budgets, providing regular updates to ensure financial objectives are met and recommending cost-saving measures when necessary.
• Tender Analysis: Analyze and evaluate tender documents to provide detailed cost analysis and support bid preparation, ensuring competitive and accurate proposals.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct financial risk assessments for ongoing and upcoming projects, proposing mitigation strategies to minimize potential cost overruns.
• Cost Control: Implement and maintain cost control systems to track financial progress against project budgets and forecasts, addressing variances promptly.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience in costing and estimation within the Roads and Highways sector.
• Education: Master's/Post-Graduation in M.Tech/M.E, specializing in Construction Management or a relevant degree.

• Proven track record in handling costing and estimation for major road and highway projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
