Costing and estimation engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Costing, Estimation, Billing & Planning Engineer to handle project estimation, cost analysis, client and contractor billing, and project planning. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate project cost forecasting, timely billing, and efficient resource planning to support on-time project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Costing & Estimation:

Prepare cost estimates for civil, structural, and finishing works.

Analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements.

Compare vendor quotations and prepare rate analysis.

Support tender preparation and budgeting activities.

Billing (Client & Contractor):

Prepare and verify running account (RA) bills for clients and subcontractors.

Reconcile quantities as per site execution and drawings.

Ensure timely submission and approval of bills and certification from clients.

Maintain documentation for all billing-related activities.

Planning & Scheduling:

Develop project schedules using MS Project/Primavera (if applicable).

Track project progress and monitor deviations from the baseline schedule.

Coordinate with site teams to ensure planned vs. actual targets are met.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

General Responsibilities:

Assist in project budgeting and cost control.

Support project management in decision-making through cost and schedule analysis.

Ensure compliance with company and client quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.

2-4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.

Experience in infrastructure, buildings projects preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
