Costing Clerk

Responsibilities

• Calculate and record all costs and provisions for all Bodyshop invoices, insurance, internal, warranty and cash in the system.
• Accurate documentation and submission of invoices, especially insurance invoices submission.
• Align with finance department to assure proper collection from insurance companies.
• Update daily reporting for finance and operations for sales, budget, and profits
• Maintain data integrity within the Bodyshop database.
• Prepare and maintain various body shop sales management reports
• Identify, claim, and follow up on short or wrongly invoiced documents and other discrepancies in Bodyshop operation.
• Collaborate with the direct manager and the Accounts Department to review and verify calculation factors related to costing and provisions.
