About the Role
We’re an event company known for producing accurate, well-structured, and fast-turnaround client estimate sheets.As a Client Estimate & Costing Assistant Intern, you will support the CTC team in building costing sheets, applying vendor rates, and ensuring all estimates are accurate, updated, and aligned with market pricing.This is an ideal role for someone who is smart, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the financial backbone of the events industry.
Role Summary
Support the CTC team with data entry, basic costing work, vendor rate referencing, and maintaining clean and accurate sheets. Ideal for someone who is smart, quick to learn, and has strong logical thinking.
Key Responsibilities1. Estimate Sheet Creation
- Build and update client cost estimate sheets in Google Sheets using company templates.
- Include vendor rates, transport costs, manpower, rentals, décor categories, and other event-related expenses.
- Ensure all formulas, totals, and calculations are correct.
2. Vendor Rate & Cost Tracking
- Maintain updated knowledge of vendor pricing, standard rates, and market changes.
- Reference vendor rate sheets and Production House costings accurately.
- Quickly update changes to costing sheets and rate references.
3. Accuracy, Detailing & QC
- Double-check all entries for calculation errors or missing items.
- Ensure item names, quantities, dimensions, and units are clean and accurate.
- Track revisions and maintain organized version control.
4. Speed & Turnaround Management
- Work efficiently under short deadlines—many estimates have quick TATs.
- Prioritize urgent tasks and manage multiple sheets simultaneously.
- Communicate updates promptly to the team.
What We’re Looking ForSkills & Abilities
- Strong skills in Google Sheets (basic formulas, formatting, structured entry).
- Good mathematical sense and understanding of basic costing principles.
- High attention to detail and strong memory—ability to recall recurring vendor rates.
- Smart, quick learner with the ability to grasp event costing logic fast.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet urgent deadlines.

Education
- Pursuing or completed B.Com, BBA, Event Management, Finance, Mass Communication, or any graduate stream.
- Freshers welcome if they are sharp, detail-oriented, and quick learners.
