Job Description:
Professional Freelancing Training Program (PFTP) is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting our courses, and converting leads into enrollments.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Guide students about courses and services
• Maintain customer records and follow-ups
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Both male and female candidates can apply

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary Package: 30,000 PKR + incentives (based on experience and performance)

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
