Counsel

We are seeking an In House Counsel to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in administrative proceedings at OATH, advise clients on legal requirements, and help ensure compliance with NYC codes

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in OATH
• Advise clients on NYC Administrative, Building, and Construction codes
• Help the company comply with all legal standards and regulations
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

​​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in OATH hearings
• Litigation experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
