We have an immediate opening in our Employment Group for a litigation attorney with 8+ years of experience. Responsibilities will include defending employers in complex class, collective and representative actions, as well as single-plaintiff wage-and-hour, discrimination, harassment and retaliation lawsuits. The successful candidate will have held significant leadership roles in varied employment litigation matters and must have superb writing skills. Candidates must also be admitted in California and have excellent academic credentials. We offer a collegial, collaborative, hybrid work environment, with the possibility of working remotely if desired.

The salary range for the position of 8+ year counsel at Nossaman is $175,000 to $230,000 annually. The successful candidate’s salary for this position is reasonably expected to be set within this range; however, actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including, without limitation, the candidate’s qualifications and experience. Counsel roles at Nossaman are not on partner track.
