Job Title: Patient Counsellor

Location: Kadavanthra
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Counsel patients and their relatives about treatments and hospital services
• Explain procedures, packages, and admission details clearly
• Provide emotional support and address patient concerns
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front-office teams
• Maintain counselling records and follow up with patients
• Ensure a professional and empathetic approach at all times

Requirements:

• Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma (Psychology / Counselling preferred)
• Experience in hospital or healthcare counselling preferred
• Good communication skills in Malayalam & English
• Patient-friendly attitude and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
