What you need to deliver
- Conduct research and prepare reports for segments across undergraduate, graduate and MBA education at the top universities across the world
- Create and manage product materials for Undergrad, Graduate, MBA and Student Advisory Programs
- Maintain individual client files and manage client communication for all counselling products including: undergraduate, graduate, MBA, school abroad, foundation, college road map, student advisory program
- Assist students and Sales teams with information related to student recruitment for top universities across the globe
- Track login details, and operational status of applications and admission decisions for all clients
- Manage centralized counselling email address and maintain queries and documents review list
- Support marketing, business development, and sales team data requests from Counselling department
- Develop and manage Dignosco Alumni network for US, UK, & MBA programs
- Build and manage Dignosco Counsellor’s Network
- Supervise and manage Assistant Manager Counselling Department who shall be responsible for creating and managing product materials, conducting research and developing research packs, engaging US universities, building presentations for events / projects / development / training material, etc., and developing and monitoring student leadership projects.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from international University.

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Access, Word, Excel and Power Point preferred
