Job Title: Overseas Counselor – B2B/University Application

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Overseas Counselor to manage and support the university application process for students aiming to study abroad. This role also includes building and maintaining relationships with B2B partners and international universities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of global education systems, and a passion for guiding students through their overseas journey.

Key Responsibilities:University Application Support:

• Guide students through the complete application process, including university selection, document preparation, and submission.
• Review and edit application materials, such as personal statements and letters of recommendation.
• Coordinate with international universities to ensure smooth application processing and adherence to deadlines.
• Stay updated on admission criteria, deadlines, and scholarship opportunities at various universities.

B2B Partnerships:

• Build and manage relationships with education consultants, agents, and institutional partners.
• Conduct training and workshops for B2B partners to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Provide support and updates to B2B partners on application processes and university requirements.
• Identify and onboard new partners to expand the network.

Counseling and Student Support:

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand student aspirations and recommend suitable programs and universities.
• Address student queries regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and visa processes.
• Maintain detailed records of student profiles, progress, and outcomes.

Team Collaboration and Reporting:

• Work closely with the marketing team to promote services and recruit students.
• Collaborate with the visa processing team to ensure seamless student journeys.
• Generate and analyze reports on application success rates, partner performance, and student feedback.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 2-4 years in overseas counseling, B2B partnerships, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of global education systems, particularly in countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office, CRM software, and online application portals.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in student counseling or working with international education consultants.
• Knowledge of visa processes and requirements.
• Familiarity with popular university application platforms like UCAS, Common App, or ApplyBoard.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
