Family owned and operated Central Cleaners is hiring a Counter Person.

Primary Responsibilities and Requirements:

-Best In Class Customer Service to All Customers

-Ensure POS and Pricing Accuracy

-Sort, Check, and Tag Incoming Items

-Prepare Invoices and Outgoing Orders

-Ability to Lift Frequently

-Ability Stand for Periods of Time

Summary

As a Counter Person, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service while managing laundry and dry cleaning operations. Reporting to the store manager, your core skills in dry cleaning, laundry, and customer service will ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service. Your premium experience in hospitality and hotel environments will enhance the customer experience, while relevant skills in cash handling and basic math will support daily transactions. Qualifications

• Proven experience in dry cleaning and laundry services
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Proficient in cash register operations and cash handling
• Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
